Well I think, even though it is a nifty little thing, the smarter choice is simply not to drink then drive. Take a taxi, ask a friend etc... I have seen so many injured and dead people from this as I am a medical professional.

As for drinking and driving that is a duh factor. Around here though, anything even over 0.05 is a DUI so 1/2 a drink and you are scared to drive. I would like to be sure if I have a glass of wine at dinner, that I am ok after a period of time, so this would help.

In the US we don't have to pay customs fees - that is only other countries I believe. I have never had to pay anything for an overseas shipment. Of course I don't buy anything super expensive either.
