Where do you get your party supplies for children's birthdays? TIA :)

If they carry the theme we are using, I buy ours at Walmart. Usually around $1.60 per package for plates, napkins, goody bags, stickers, & cups. We are doing a Cars theme this year.

Party City. All paper products are 50% off suggested retail. And they usually have all the newest stuff. The store is huge so they have everything.

The Dollar Tree has a bunch of stuff (solid colored paper plates, cups, plastic silverware, invitations, favors) all at a dollar each. Then you can go to Walmart and get the themed tablecloth and napkins and a few other things and it looks like its all from the same place.
