Sounds like a good deal. You need a subscription for ReplayTVs too, right?

Yep and it's worth every penny.

Would you trade your TIVO for a ReplayTV? ;)

For a ReplayTV 3060 or 5040? Yes. Incidentally I own both those models as well.

 

It's all a matter of personal preference really. There are some die hard geek things about the ReplayTV which I love but the Tivo also has it's advantages.

 

Whichever you choose it's really difficult to make a bad choice.

Actually.... I have dual monitors and a TV Card. So even when I'm on the computer, I'm watching TV.
