i-bystander Posted March 16, 2005 Posted March 16, 2005 Sounds like a good deal. You need a subscription for ReplayTVs too, right?
RossMAN Posted March 16, 2005 Posted March 16, 2005 Sounds like a good deal. You need a subscription for ReplayTVs too, right?Yep and it's worth every penny. Can this model be hacked to enable Commercial Skipping?
Scott Posted March 16, 2005 Posted March 16, 2005 I would be all over this if I had more than one channel.

i-bystander Posted March 16, 2005 Posted March 16, 2005 I would be all over this if I had more than one channel. For some reason, this always cracks me up - no wonder you're always on the computer.
RossMAN Posted March 16, 2005 Posted March 16, 2005 Would you trade your TIVO for a ReplayTV? For a ReplayTV 3060 or 5040? Yes. Incidentally I own both those models as well. It's all a matter of personal preference really. There are some die hard geek things about the ReplayTV which I love but the Tivo also has it's advantages. Whichever you choose it's really difficult to make a bad choice.
