i've been getting catalogs from them for almost a year now, maybe longer? i've never seen any coupons or free shipping offers from them. i wish. they have really beautiful and thoughtful gifts.

As far as free shipping, the do it peridocially through out the year but usually you have to spend over a certain amount for purchases to qualify.
