Has anybody found a good deal on this...it is around $20/$25 but just wanted to see if anybody knows of any good deals out there for this

I got my daughter one---at our local kmart for 14.95--couple of weeks ago--also got the girl crush tattoo air brush maker for 14.95--

Costco had them for 17.99, then an in store rebate for to make it 12 something, don't know if that's still on

Anyone know if the air brush tattoo thing is good? My daughter wanted that. If I find a good sale, I'll buy and save for her birthday as I've bought too much already for christmas!
