Go above to TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, go to GENERAL & BROWSING HISTORY, hit DELETE then DELETE COOKIES. Hope that helps!

Now watch in 5 minutes Buy.com will change the price AGAIN (3 times in 12hrs isn't enough!)
