I just filled out mine and if I remember correctly they have to be post marked by 12/7/07. Just wanted to give a reminder. :)

Had to be postmarked 12/6, I misread, they had 3 different post mark due dates for same day purchase, rain check purchase and online purchase. At least it wasn't $50.00, it would be going back to the store....
