There is an item at JCp Penney's that I would like. It is on backorder until 12/8/07.

 

How is their shipping? I need to purchase it today to take advantage of the FS code.

 

Also, are they like most companies, that will not charge until it is shipped? I would hate to pay for it and have to fight to get my $$ back if it is cancelled.

It has been my experience that JCP.com does not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. And backordered items often come back into stock well before the backorder date. They also ship pretty quickly. HTH

I've had really good success with JCP online. Their shipping is reasonable too.

I love JP online. Especially with FS. They ship very quickly, somethimes I don't see the charge until after I have the product
