bofa89 Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Just want to know if there is any truth to what my fiancees friend told her today. This year was the first year I have looked at ads before Thanksgiving and she stated that the ads on the internet last year(on sites such as this) were not the actual ads released for black friday. Any truth to this? I know not all items are included, but what has been released and on this site are going to indeed be in the ads on black friday, right?
sigrist_2000 Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 all ads last year were accurate...they only difference was some were regional/market differences... u will have to just double check your local paper to see if they are...
H_Hancock Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 The ads posted here, and for the last 3-4 years, have proven to be exactly what have appeared in the Thanksgiving newspapers......almost without exception everything you see is exactly what you'll find when the "official" ads are released on Thankgiving Day in the papers.
mysticmage Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Last year the Best Buy ad was the same. Nothing was different at all. This year I'm guessing the same thing this yaer though we will find out in a few days regardless.
ksmitt76 Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Actually the Bestbuy Black Friday ad is up now on their websight, and it is the same!
bofa89 Posted November 20, 2007 Author Posted November 20, 2007 Thanks for all the responses, I figured if that was true I would have seen something about it on this website. Thanks for your help.
