Kitchenaid mixer attachment rebates still valid!

Okay, redoing my post, put the wrong link in before :)

 

Kitchenaid is offering a cash rebate when you buy certain attachments for their stand mixers. Attachments must be purchased between 11/18/07 and 12/31/07.

Doesn't work at Lowe's or Bed Bath & Beyond stores. I have a Linens and Things and Kohls coupons and I'm going to check prices there...

The rebate won't work on the attachments. Only food processors, hand mixers, toaster and food choppers. All seperate pieces, does not attach to the stand mixers.

Is the original required, or can you use a copy printed from your PC? In reading the fine print, it says "No reproductions of this form or the UPC code accepted". If that includes the copies we print from this thread, does anyone know the best place to pick up an original form?
