I have been doing a lot of searching on ebay this year. I am curious if there are ever any coupons or discounts on shipping or ANYTHING!:

I am a Powerseller on eBay and I sometimes, maybe twice a year, get some kind of Paypal coupon. I don't know who they decide to send these to....but I buy a fair amount also.

Ebay codes! Oh I wish.. PayPal sends me codes every couple months. Ebay usually has specials on listings.
