Did they pull a wallymart and threaten the lives of children in Darfur or has there been another the name we dare not say kind of thing happen? Brad Posted November 14, 2007 Share Posted November 14, 2007 no threats from them. i think with them closing so many of their stores that there is just less interest in the ad and less chances of it being leaked from a store employee since most of them were let go when the stores closed. compusa is definitely no longer one of the "major" stores and we even removed their sub-forum this year because of it. The End Posted November 14, 2007 Share Posted November 14, 2007 Wow, I just did a store locater search for CompUSA stores in my area and found only 2 in Massachusetts. The closest of which is 44 miles away from me. I knew that they had closed a few stores, (including the one that was only 2 miles away from me) but I had no idea how many stores had been closed.
