fairydustcrissy Posted November 15, 2007 Posted November 15, 2007 I agree about the ginger suggestion. If you are afraid you will get sick, take some candied ginger or ginger cookies with you. THey also make ginger lollipops. THey are marketed to pregnant women for morning sickness, but they are great. Also, sucking on any type of hard candy will help to calm your stomach. And the greatest thing I have found for upset stomach is called Bonine. Its for motion sickness, but when I had the flu my mom brought it to me and it worked wonders. I rtelaxes the stomach muscles. heavenlyvalo Posted November 15, 2007 Posted November 15, 2007 Also I've got quite a few family and friends who will be going the same place I will and we all have a ways to drive. We are talking about getting a hotell room and splitting the cost. It might be worth it.
