I ordered 9 items today and did not order any with personalization since they have now decided to charge $5 per item... Just the other day there was no mention of it on these exact hoodies! Anyway, i called the cs# and explained to them and they told me they are updating the system but when it comes back up anyone who ordered anything with personalization, they would go back and add $5 per item to the bill. When i said you could not go adding onto peoples charges after they get a confirmation.. they said that is what happens.... I then said, if i place another order now... can you cancel mine from before? no, i would have to wait.. hold up the $$ and pay to ship it back... can i cancel the order because i am unhappy.. no.. Thank goodness I looked... they had not carried over half my order for some reason... she added it on manually.. and comes up to a different total. Be careful... and I place at least an order a month with them.

I am not quite sure I understand what happened to you but they cannot go back and charge customers for something they did not authorize.

I do think they have the right to cancel orders.

This is why I am a big advocate of virtual cc numbers, it's never a worry.

I re-ordered everything again today... got a confirmation and no mention of any personalization fee.... so we'll see.

 

They old me last night that when they process the order, they go back and add on the fees... That is what I kept saying was not possible... she kept insistig that is what they do. This time used my citibank mc... if i have any extra charges... I will dispute it! Oh, and used the 15% off instead....
