wifeymiller Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 This will be my first BF shopping at Target. DH has had to work the last two years so we didn't get to make it, before that I was BF ignorant So my question, my "must get" list for Target is: Armor-All Holiday Gift Pack - $19 Call of Duty 4 - Xbox 360/PS3 - $48 Emerson Countertop Microwave Oven $30.00 Fisher-Price Little Mommy Newborn Twins Set - $30 Little People Doodle Pro - $8 Novelty Frames (Photo Wheel or Merry-Go-Round) - $8 Queen Airbed with Rechargeable Pump - $19.99 Sesame Street Giggle & Go Garage - $18 Step 2 Plastic Wagon for Two - $44 The Goonies (DVD) - $3.98 Will these items be available later in the day, or is it worth waiting early morning for?
dmmiller Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 I've gone to Target the past few years to hunt for a specific game or DVD that was on sale.. and there was nothing but an empty space there. When I asked, they said "sorry they were all gone within the 1st hour.. " From what I heard, they could restock them as the day/weekend goes by, but I have never seen it happen. But then again, I never went back in to target during that weekend.

Those two things are probably worth going early for!
kselzer Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 Last year you could buy the item earlier in the week, then go in on Fri/Sat to get the price adjustment. This is their normal policy, I believe you have like 14 days from date of purchase, and if the item goes on sale in that time period, you can get it adjusted. Anyone know if they are doing this again this year???
Sacramentum Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 I've never experienced a problem with the Target I go to. As soon as something runs out, they put more on the shelves. It happened when they had Disney dvds for 12.98 one year, they ran out, but went in back and got more. And I also went back later in the day and they had put mroe out.
hinman Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 That is a good deal on call of duty. I might have to make a trip to target
Ericksonr Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 I was hoping for a good deal on a new microwave this year. So I am definitely going to put that one on my list too.

VonnegutFan Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 For the past two years I have been able to walk into my local Target at around 11 am and still get all the things on my list. I'm in a big market, though, so it varies store to store.
