clarklc34 Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 bj's and tru both have it for $39 (tru price was last week, not sure if it went back up or not). tru was demonstrating it when i was there and i have to say it's very cool. its handheld so you just hold it up to what you want to see and it is 200x magnification. when held against your arm you can see all the hairs like they were tree trunks. kind of gross but still very cool

His mom said she uses it to look for bugs on the dog. Its very much like a microscope without fighting over the eye piece to see the image. It's also great to view bugs up close and yes its gross looking. I am looking for a good price too!
