If so she could probably wear a 3/4 in bottoms and just depending on how she like to wear her shirts she could wear anything from a XS to a M. Kind of depends on how she's built. I think the thighs in girls sizes are bigger than in the juniors and the hips are smaller. JMO, but thats how my smaller 13 yo has run.
