Great deals! I just got my first E.L.F purchase last week and I love it! I got 20 items shipped for $15! I havent tried all of the stuff yet but what I have tried is just fine and for the price its GREAT! I'm going to go back on now and order some make-up for my daughters when they play dress-up :)

I just received my first order and they only shipped half the items I ordered:mad: Instead of them putting them on backorder they cancelled them and will give me a refund. So now if I want to reorder the items I will have to pay for shipping again. Thing is I already placed another order and did not order the same items from the first order because I thought I would be getting them. How frustrating!!!

Ditto. my orders just came in on Saturday - missing a few items, but not very many. My mom however only ordered a few items and apparently all but one were backordered. plus apparently it takes 2 weeks to get the credit for the ones they cancelled. I wonder why they put that some are out of stock when you go to put it in your 'bag' but then others you don't know until your order arrives!!!

 

other than that though, i'm very happy with my purchases. i'm getting some of the gift sets to send out as "new mom" presents

I had received an order from them a couple of weeks ago and one of my items were backordered and although it didnt tell me when I was online, it didnt charge me the full price so no refund/credit was needed. I had used a coupon code for 1/2 off if you bought whatever number of items and I still got the half off even though half of my order wasnt included or billed. Hmmm Hard to explain.

I just ordered more stuff and a makeup bag so that I can have touch up stuff in my desk at work. I tried for awhile to always brings a few of my essentials in my purse but sometimes I would forget them or I once left stuff in my car and it melted! (Phoenix is a pretty hot place :) So now I can just leave a small makeup bag at work and not have to ship it back and forth. The best part was the price! After buying ELF versions of all of my essentials plus a makeup bag I ended up paying less for all of that than what you might pay for one little lipstick at the makeup counters! As for the quality I dont notice much of a difference. I always wear MAC normally and I still use my MAC foundation and powder but I could use ELF for everything else and be just as happy :)

 

I'm so excited about ELF!
