Patio Furniture-When does it start to go on clearance?

I was at Target last night and noticed that a couple of sets had clearance prices on them... who does the best clearance and when do they go? (We're building a deck now so I can wait for the clearance prices)

Walmart has patio sets on clearance now. Most of them were at least $100 off.

 

Lowes hardware has pretty good deals on clearanced furniture also. I'm not sure when their clearance starts.

I got the set I've been watching at Wal-Mart for $247. It was $467. I love it so much I'm considering buying another one.

Target has them 30% off now. THey will go to 50%, probably sometime after the 4th. Last I think it was toward the end of July, they went to 75%. You almost had to be there as they were marked to get one at that price.

I also got mine at Wal-Mart last year in late July/early August. It was at least 60%-70% off when we bought it and really durable quality.

The big sales on summer clearence usually start the week after the 4th of July. I always wait for these sales.

Mine came with a cover. It's not listed on the web page but it says it on the box in the store. You might check and see if it has one.

Is this the firepit set? I have wanted that set for 2 years now...but like you, I don't have any place to put it. I do have a few trees but hubby doesn't want to put it out under the trees.

It's the firepit set. I was just looking at it. If I hadn't already gotten a chimney thingy for christmas I'd be getting me one of these sets.
