Ripn
Yes, I have used it for about a year and a half. I have accumulated over 500 minutes and have used about 200 of those so far. I don't use it now since I have SunRocket. You get free minutes of long distance for giving an email address. Most of the offers are spam...You rarely get an offer of more than 10 minutes for "just an email address". Most of the offers for longer times ask for real mail address, phone# etc. There are some offers for over 200 minutes if you sign up for satellite, dsl or some other monthly/yearly services. The call quality is the same as any prepaid phone card I have used. I get maybe 30 to 50 emails from them offering more minute opportunities each month. I just delete most of them. sunsets007
I'm registered with the site and it's one of the best ones I've done. I have a boyfriend overseas and because of phonehog I can talk to him for free. :) It's definitely legit- you should register
cfbandit
Oh, I use it too! I generate a few hundred minutes a year, and then use points.com to turn them into travel rewards points (the days inn program, I think that's what its called) and use them for hotel stays (way more useful than long distance when you have a cell phone!) Its great - most of the time I just fill in my junk email address and get 6-10 minutes. EDIT: I forgot to add when I was in Canada, the site was great b/c I could use the 200 minutes or so to call my parents for free from the hotel since it was a 1800 number. Fantastic!
