Panda Girl Posted February 5, 2007 Posted February 5, 2007 On Jan 19th I returned a defective product. And I haven't heard a word from them. They were going to give me my money back because they didn't have the item anymore My question is how long does it take to get the refund or something??
Madettica Posted February 6, 2007 Posted February 6, 2007 ebay? You returned an item to a seller because said product was defective right? 1.) how did you pay 2.) what kind of feedback does the seller have 3.) Did you file a report with anyone...ebay, paypal... And um just a guess but if you returned it in the mail Jan. 19th say a week for shipping say 5 more days to send you a Money order(if that's how you paid) I think you might have lost your money
Panda Girl Posted February 6, 2007 Author Posted February 6, 2007 It was the Fly pen bundle from Amazon not from a dealer. I returned it to an Amazon address. I can always call the CC company, but I don't want to complicate things Because they could refill the order they said they were giving me a $10 credit
Panda Girl Posted February 7, 2007 Author Posted February 7, 2007 I got an email from ebay today <<We wanted to let you know that we received your return for the above-referenced order. If you are due a refund, it will be processed to the payment method used for the order. We'll send you an e-mail confirming the amount once the refund has been completed. MelissaS Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 Do you mean returns/refunds from Paypal? I didn't think you could buy from Amazon.com through ebay????
jukus Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 I would start a fraud report with Ebay, if you have not received anything.
kmcnabb108 Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 Hmmmm....didn't think you could buy Amazon thru Ebay either.
Kara1204 Posted February 15, 2007 Posted February 15, 2007 I think OP is a little confused. Did you buy from Ebay or Amazon??? Two TOTALLY different types of web sites. http://www.smileypad.com/v224/Feelings/Dunno2.gif
