for those who ordered a Tracfone...?

I was wondering how long it took to get your phone? I ordered on Sunday but didn't recieve a confirmation e-mail so I e-mailed them on Monday. I did receive a response that my order was received and would get the phones in 1-2 business days. Which would have been yesterday. Today (Thursday) I still didn't get the phones. Is there shipping time slower than what they said?

It took a few days for mine. I think I ordered on Sat, and they were here on Wednesday or Thursday. They came FedEx.

I finally ordered on the 29th and they came yesterday, 2/1 by FedEx.

I ordered my phones on a Saturday and it took a few *business* days for the shipment to arrive.

 

By the way, they ship them via FedEx and you MUST sign for the package.

 

I wasn't home when FedEx came, so I called FedEx and had them sent to the FexEx office and put on "Hold for pick up."

FedEx must make one attempt at a home delivery before they will Hold for Pick up.

I still haven't received my phones. Tracfone told me my order is "Backorderd and still being processed". UGH. I just don't understand how something that is supposed to be 'refurbished' can be backorderd. Are they just waiting for people to return broken phones, fix it, then send it to me? For something refurbished they should know how many they had in stock.

well, when I got my order, one of the phones was a refurb and the other was brand new in the package. Two different phone models too. I called & complained, cause I don't like the phone model of the refurb. They told me it was the only one available to me. Now the website doesn't even offer this deal for my zipcode. If I really wanted more, I might call and see what a different person would say, but it may be that they're exhausting their supply. Dunno.
