i bought a toshiba in november from office depot and i am trying to get the upgrade but am getting errors on the website. ugh, so frustrating, anyone got theirs through this offer?

If you purchased a Toshiba in Nov. make sure it is Vista compatable. My Toshiba laptop purchased in Dec. from Walmart is not.
