I am looking for a code or some such thing to get buy one get one free amtrak tickets for my daughters 16th birthday.

I know that Amtrak has a deal where if you are a HS junior or senior visiting a college the companion fare to the town you go to is free. You just have to tell them you are visiting a college in the town of your destination, for example if you want to go to NYC you can say you are going to visit NYU or Columbia. You have to fill out a form. HTH...we are planning on using this to take a trip to NYC sometime this coming year.
