miller205 Posted January 6, 2007 Share Posted January 6, 2007 I know that Amtrak has a deal where if you are a HS junior or senior visiting a college the companion fare to the town you go to is free. You just have to tell them you are visiting a college in the town of your destination, for example if you want to go to NYC you can say you are going to visit NYU or Columbia. You have to fill out a form.
