It is in the spot where the old Robinson's May was. I overheard a manager telling another about "the new store" this morning, so I popped out of the aisle to ask about it. I am SO excited to get yet another new Target. Lousy location and parking, but nonetheless another place to look!Thanks for the info. I wonder if there are going to be any grand opening prizes? I checked w/the lady who does toy markdowns and she said she had already done the toys (she was marking down lingerie at that time, btw, which I did pick up some good buys there). Also, Huggies bix box diapers and training pants were 15% off, but not any of the Pampers. Don't know why the Pampers brand is going to be clearanced later. Those are the ones that are the summer toys. Like that weird wooden bike, the teepee tent, ring toss and bowling games, etc. They marked most of the plastic summer toys as well, but many only went to 30%. A real bummer. TIA April If you have a Sam's Club membership check them out. Ours in Fl. had a Swiss Gear 4 person tent for $25 I think, could of been a few dollars more but not much. My parents just got one this past weekend. Really nice tent. I stocked up on DD's sandals, though. Down to 75% which made them $3.24. I also picked up a few tanks w/ rhinestone detail for $1.24 (75%) and a short-sleeve embroidered tee for $2.49. It sounds like, from several others, and my own experience that they are consolidating a lot of the clearance stuff in a few aisles like they do at Christmas. I think it will be at least next week. I'm waiting for some of the other toys to go to 75% It looks like they are condensing all toys to one aisle and getting ready for another markdown. I did get the fisher price lawn mover for %7.xx at half off. There was a girl in the isle w/ her cart and stickers so I asked her, are the toys about to get any addt'l mark downs and all she said was, "well those have already been hit". I think maybe she was just refering to the endcap of playwonder stuff I was standing in front of, but I don't know. She stayed on the back isle where the board games and stuff are and was scanning various itmes, I was in a hurry so I could stalk her up and down the isles... . The FATHER"S DAY stuff FINALLY went %75 off, I got DH 3 ties that I had been watching forever for $6.xx down from $24.99 so I was happy about that, they had tons of radios, shaving stuff and other 'guy stuff' but all I was interested in were the ties. I personally don't see all that much that even if it goes to 75%, that I HAVE to have...some of it, I've gotten at 50% off, because I figure it might not be there at 75%, and some my kids already have, and some I couldn't care less about, as my kids don't want it, need it, or are too young for it...but at times, they REALLY have some good stuff go to 75%, and while my kids may not "need" what everyone else is waiting to go to 75% for, there may be stuff others do! So, I guess there's not really anything worth waiting for at my Target, either...It just stinks that all Targets can't seem to be on the same markdown schedule, so when it happens at one Target, it happens at ALL Targets, kwim?
