Ordered a pressure washer on sale last week from them. Store pickup. Wasn't receiving any emails so my brother called them yesterday, kept gettin transferred. He called today, and they said it shows its still in the warehouse and its being shipped. Shipped? It was store pickup:mad: She asked if this was a xmas gift, he goes umm yeah. She said well it won't be getting there by then because its still in warehouse and 3-5 days shipping. He said, can't you just put in system that we can pick it up at the store? She goes no, you have to wait till you get it from UPS. What a load of crap:yuck: . Won't be shopping online from them anymore if this is how they work. Now i guess we are going to have to hand our parents an IOU or picture of it or something. :(

Can't you just cancel the online order, and rebuy it in the store and pick it up. Here is the corporate switchboard number for sears in case you need it 847-286-2500. You can also try 800-762-3048.

It was on sale when we ordered it for $300 though, now its on sale for $350 at the store. I just don't understand if it hasn't been shipped and its still in progress in the warehouse, why can't we just go to the store and pick it up since they have them there in stock.:rolleyes:
