amberleigh2 Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 I went to my Walmart tonight & found flywheels on clearance for $1.00. They are in the regular toy aisle, marked down to $ 2.50 but ring up $1.00. They make great stocking stuffers for boys... I picked up extra ones for birthday parties, ect...You can't beat the price!!
starshine Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 I have been seeing these when I go to WM my son loves them and I got him a bunch for Christmas. I am going to Wm today will have to see if they are marked down at my WM. Thanks
dmmiller Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 wow... looks like I gotta go to WM and get some. I thought I was done..
elena_398 Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 I still have the 2 pack I bought for $5 for my son last BF at Walmart. LOL. He never played with them nor touched the package. Guess my nephew will be getting it for his birthday
First Lady Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 They're not exactly an inside toy. Well, they can be, but beware of windows!! Yup, first hand experience from my DH who decided to play kid again and ripped one towards a window. They are a blast though and if you get the ramp, they can fly!!!
amberleigh2 Posted December 21, 2006 Author Posted December 21, 2006 What is a flywheel?hmmmm..hard to describe but I'll try, they are hand held toys that have a trigger on them, they have a wheel on the end ( some look like skateboard wheels & some like care tires), when you pull the trigger the wheel spins off. They make ramps for them & you can buy extra wheels also. MY boys got a few of them & a ramp last year & they love to play w/ them outside to see how far & fast they can go!! Hope that helps!!
ButterBee Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Thanks, I've seen those - just never knew what they were called.
starshine Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Struck out at my WM still 2.50 Oh Well I got them BOGO at TRU a few weeks ago
First Lady Posted December 22, 2006 Posted December 22, 2006 Checked my Wm tonight and they only had the skateboard flywheels and those were $2.50.
