She wants one where she can put the dvd in her computer and upload the videos and share it with friends on the net. one that dont cost a arm and the leg and is good quality? Look for a MiniDV camcorder which connects to your desktop or laptop via FireWire cable. Your desktop or laptop will need a FireWire card which is around $30 and can easily be installed. After you transfer the movie from camcorder to PC, you can edit it, burn it to DVD or share it online. MiniDV is the most popular format, offers the biggest selection and best prices.
