coldmorning Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 Haven't seen it on sale but the cost is $19.99. Wal Mart, KMart and Target have plenty of them here in ND. Look for the 4 project kits that go with them as well $4.99 each. I bought the cutter and one of each project kits for my kids. Sure hope it works like it says it does. It looks like a fun crafting item.
