My snapfish credits have disappeared!

I don't get it, they were there a week ago when I submitted them, now they are gone. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, 25 credits of mine disappeared the first time I typed them in. I don't put any codes in now unless I am going to use them right then.

 

How many did you lose?

grrrrr I just went and looked at mine and all mine are gone ( 325.. I wrote them so maybe they'll do something. I mean I thought it said these codes expired like 12/31???

I got an email saying 25 of my credits would be expiring. And my free shipping credits aren't in my account.

 

 

So, hopefully this will get fixed soon.

I didn't think they expired until December (end of?). I have 30++ credits from the Mcdonalds promo. I guess I better redeem them

I need help! All 700 of my snapfish credits have disappeared! I have emailed them and now they are asking for my coupon credits and i threw them away becuse i thought they were safely entered in my account. Ay suggestions. I was really excited about all the free prints but now it ollks like there is no record of them.

I think i'd keep writing and complaining!! My credits dissapeared but some how they found them. You shouldnt be held reliable if they're system screwed up!

Well I have 125 credits. I redeemed 50 of them tonight. No charge at all and Im happy about that. Still have 75 though. Never will redeem all by December 31. I'll take a bunch more pics on Christmas then redeem another 50 maybe. I may have 25 for someone to redeem if interested. I'll know by Christmas day (depends how crazy I am taking pics)
