ean1879
Go to a CompUSA or a Fry's. Sign up for brand new T-Mobile service and you get the following -A razr for $29.99 -T-Mobile Fewest Dropped Calls & #1 JD Powers & Associates rated Coverage -T-Mobile's award winning Customer Service -A $50 unadvertised mail in rebate -A $200 credit toward other items in the store. That's $200 free folks!!!!!
Shortness
So, with the WM Razr, who is the 2 year contract with? If it's with someone you already have a contract with, do they just add it to your current package and then extend the time? Sorry for the ignorance, never dealt with this from a store, but wanting to get a phone for my dd. I'd rather just add her to our current package--and wouldn't bother me to extend the time. If you have a contract and want to Upgrade your phone with the same carrier, you will not get the phone for the advertised price. You will most likely have to pay $30-$50 more. That's standard practice in the wireless industry. Carriers attract new customers with lower prices, but current customers end up paying more when they get upgrades. And yes, your contract will be extended for 2 years. If you want the phone for $29.99 you have to sign a contract with a new carrier.

afflictedmuse
Yeah, the non-company owned retail channels do not honor "upgrades" for existing wireless customers. I deal with that a lot working for a wireless carrier. What WM or BB gets paid out is much more significant for a brand new line than a renewal. Don't ask me why. If you go to a company owned you get the same price as a new customer. It's all in how the carrier has there commision structure for resalers. babyb4321
Does anyone know where I can get a Razr without 2 year contracts
afflictedmuse
http://www.puremobile.com/ or EBay would be your best bet. PureMobile carries GSM phones which will work on Cingular and TMobile. Ebay would have Razrs that would work o Verizon or Sprint. Just make sure you buy one "carrier" compatible. The wireless companies "lock" them to their service. Phones are unfortunately not cheap without a contract, but you can get lucky. I nabbed my Razr on EBay for $90 without a contract in February.
