vonnyb
My 3 year old son loves Handy Manny and Bob the Builder. He is very much into tools and fixing things. Anyone have suggestions on childrens tools sets and tool benches.

vonnyb
Thanks guys! I knew I would get good feedback here. I am going to look into both the craftsman and home depot sets. I know my son will love it he constantly runs around saying that "he can fix anything"
MandaJo111
When Layne was 2 we got him a My first Craftsman set from Sears. He turns 4 this month and still loves it. Kmart carries the line now as well. Here is some of the stuff they have. http://www.kmart.com/catalog/thumbnail.jsp?Ne=410000000&pCategoryId=176&N=191+4294960627&Nty=1&categoryId=191 And here is the stuff they have as Sears http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/subcat.do?BV_SessionID=@@@@0071953301.1162685705@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccliaddjfhmkgmjcefecemldffidfni.0&cat=Pretend+Play+%26+Dress+Up&subcat=My+First+Craftsman&vertical=TOYS&ihtoken=

shopping mom
Like people have said before Sears is a good place to look.My 15 year old said that he wishes Sears had sold them when he was that age, he loved tools and he knew that dad and grandpa had Craftsman so that was what he always wanted. So we vote for Craftsman!! spate2244
The little tikes work bench is awsome, sturdy, and easy to clean. All of the tools that it comes with are quiet. We have had ours for two years and my little one still plays with his.
christib327
We got my boys black and decker screw drivers at Toys R Us. They have different bits or whatever those things are that fit into it and you push a button and it makes noise. I think it lights up and rotates too. It looks just like one of those battery operated screwdrivers their daddy has. One of my two year olds (they'll be 3 in March)REALLY loves this kind of stuff and I think it will be a HUGE hit. It's ages 3 and up and best of all it was only $9.99.
