Blue Kitty Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 From another site. :) Dog Chow 22 lbs is $5.00 and there is a coupon for $2.50 off 20 lbs or larger of Dog Chow or Indoor Complete that expires tomorrow. Not bad.....$2.50 for 22 lbs of dogfood. I just got back from WalMart and was able to get 110 lbs. of Purina Dog Food for $14.00 (using the $2.50/1 coupons). Not sure if this is at every WM. The 2.50 off coupon is from the Sunday paper. EXPIRATION: 10/10/06 So today is the last day for that coupon. that is if you are lucky enough to have them or know someone that does.
becca0884 Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 Is it just Purina Dog Chow or does it include Purina Beneful??
huseboy Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 where is the 2.50 off coupon??? Sorry I am a little behind. I have 3 mastiffs and this would be a great find.
Blue Kitty Posted October 10, 2006 Author Posted October 10, 2006 Becca~ The other site only had Dog chow listed. Its the green bag. huseboy~ I think the coupon is from a couple of Sundays ago. the newspaper. I have not dealt with coupons in awhile (coupon burnout) so I am not sure which Sunday it was in.

If you want to get good food you will have to pay more, but in return your dog will eat less, will poop less, and will be healthier. Yes. There are plenty of times I can think of when I would or need to feed this to our dogs, one being after Katrina and I had 9 extra dogs here to take care of cause their owners lost their homes and needed a safe place for their babies to stay until they got back on their feet. There are other times too. Not going to have a dog food debate with cha just posted the deal. http://www.purinaone.com/products_tool.asp
Cwilliams Posted October 17, 2006 Posted October 17, 2006 Do you still have them? If you do let me know if you need any help. I will make a few contacts and could get you some help with feeding them.

Blue Kitty Posted October 18, 2006 Author Posted October 18, 2006 Do you still have them? If you do let me know if you need any help. I will make a few contacts and could get you some help with feeding them. Thanks that is very nice of you. They are all back in their homes except for a little chihuahua she is here with us. The owners asked if we could please give her a home and we did. :) Thank you for that offer that was very nice of you. :)
Cinnamonhuskies Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 Some of us here can't afford anything but Purina or Dollar Store dog food. I've only used Canidae is when I got abunch of free samples from our feed store. If anyone really is interested, Mother Earth News had an article about 2 months ago on making your own nutritious pet food, both dog and cat recipes. I've used it in a pinch when I've run out. Economical if you grind leftover meat from a meal. Just FYI.
