How about a headset with a microphone built in? That's the way most people go... How cheap is cheap? $25 or $50?

The headset Brad linked is the one I use for Skype, and it's excellent.

I use Sennheiser brand because my Logitech didn't last too long. It's not the cheapest one out there, though, so if you're looking for cheap, though, the Logitech that Brad mentioned is the best deal.

I can also recommend the Logitech USB 250 and $25.85 with free shipping is an amazing price. I've seen it at Office Depot for $40.
