BFQueenofNY Posted November 20, 2004 Posted November 20, 2004 I just got an email from Rue 21 (ladies clothes) on BF they will open at 7am with 40% off all fall merchandise with free cameras given out to the first 100 customers. They seem to be a mall staple since they primarily cater to young girls.
