TAJ mommy Posted September 7, 2006 Posted September 7, 2006 I was at our local Old Navy where they had kid's summer swimwear, tee shirts, dress shirts, shorts (sizes 0-3months up to 5T) for boys and girls for $0.47 & $0.97. I ended up getting my son 3 shirts & a swimsuit for my daughter for $2.88:D They were just setting the racks when I got there around 11:30am today.
jbearcbear Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 ty for the heads up op has anyone else been to their old navy? is there anything left?
fairydustcrissy Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 Would love to know as well....I have 2 ONs around..but about 30 min each way in opposite directions.
sherril Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 I am going to our local outlet (Arundel Mills today so I will check it out and see)
amber020682 Posted September 8, 2006 Posted September 8, 2006 I work at Old Navy... and its true.. most of the stores in areas where the weather will soon be getting cold we are "price killing" summer stuff.. $0.97 cents... is what we marked ALL tanks/anything sleeveless in our store... also MANY men's graphic T's and Polo's are going $1.97 at our store Stores usually do markdowns on Mondays. I'll keep you all posted!! :)
USC Becca Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 I went yesterday. The cheapest clearance tees were $10.49 and the tank tops were the standard 2 for xx amount *sigh* I was so excited going in there. But then again, it was 99 degrees here last weekend, so that could be why they don't feel the need to clearance out summer stuff here
ms_mckenna Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 I went Friday and it was all still really high . I was really dissapointed looking to pick up some stuff for my best friends foster kids.
amber020682 Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 I think mark downs vary a lot depending on your area. I was at work today and saw that the mailman delivered some extra % off clearance marketing materials, so I'm not sure when but we might be running that promotion again. Also we have coupons for $10 of purchase of $50 or more that are good Sept. 23-Oct. 15 if anyone wants one let me know via PM on here and I'll mail you one or a couple...
bugsette Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 wow thanks I will check them out this week
Jkjaszew Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 I went to Old Navy last night and some men's T-shirts were marked to $0.97, kids summer stuff was still marked $2.99. The sales person said this store will mark down the kids stuff in November, but I will be checking sooner.
genoandkiddo Posted September 10, 2006 Posted September 10, 2006 I went yesterday here and I only spent twenty dollars and all three girls have brand new clothes for next year. Ended up getting 4 outfits for each girl, swimsuit for oldest, some shirts for hubby and a few things for me, including flipflops for .49 a pair. It was great.
christmasangel Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Has anyone checked the Old Navy's in the Western New York area yet? That is awesome!!! I would love to get some stuff now for our trip to Tampa in March. Also- Does this include outlet stores?
love2beurwifey Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 I am going to have to checkout our local store because I would like to get my baby some stuff for our trip to Florida in the spring and now is a better time than any to get the clothes.
Booterbunz Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 I checked out the local ON last weekend and they didn't even have anything left for girls from newborn all the way up for summer stuff except for a couple pairs of shorts. I was bummed! I have been really lucky the last 2 years on finding the following years' clothing for my daughter..ugh..I hope I don't have to pay full retail for her summer clothes next year! LOL
happygal Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 The best deals I could find today were $3.97, and yes, I am up north here in Minnesota. But still some nice deals at that price :)
tknipp Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Amber,I would LOVE to have $10 coupons, i tried to PM you but unfortunately I am still a newbie to posting on this site and am not yet allowed to send a PM. Any other way to get you my info?
