Suzy Crampton Posted December 17, 2023 Share Posted December 17, 2023 I ordered a pair of gloves from Macy's on Dec. 2nd., they shipped on Dec. 4th and have been showing lost since Dec. 9th.. Macy's would not do anything about it until today, Dec. 17th, now they will see if they have them still in stock and send them out. I have to wait 48 hours to find out if they have them or not. I'm beyond frustrated. The postal service said they were lost on Dec. 9th but Macy's said to wait until the 17th. Now I may be without a gift, of course, the recipient picked these out so I can't just go get a different pair. My cc was charged on the 2nd., but still no package.
