KBsDarling
I recently bought http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FBT6AO/103-4466665-2151040?%5Fencoding=UTF8&v=glance&n=284507 and while i see(and saw) the top line described as cover I thought that meant a cover for the mattress. Since at 2 places it goes on to describe the down filling I was very surprised to get a little box from amazon w/ nothing but the cover to be filled with another item(if that made sense lol) Now I used a survey GC to pay and it was on my prime so shipping was free so it isnt like I paid oddles of $$ and it wasnt expensive to start out with....that being said Is Amazon fairly easy about fixing stuff like this? I more then welcome information. I feel kinda silly that i thought I was getting the mattress pad for just 10.99$ and I should have known it was to good but I bought the king size down comforter for 20$ a few months back and was very pleased. I just thought it was another great find. Thanks for the help and info in advance. What confused me was the What's in the Box King-sized pillow-top featherbedAmazon.com Product DescriptionAdd an extra layer of softness to your bed with this King-sized featherbed cover. KBsDarling
yep its for a visual purpose Looks like 2 king size white sheets sewn on 3 sides w/ a zipper on the fourth side so one could put the intended filler inside and then zipper closed

scrabbler
I ordered some chimes once for my father. They were called piccolo but said they were 18" long. Little did it mean tho that the STRING was 18" long...the actual chimes were 4 inches long. The string above the chimes to hang it made up the difference...so yes the string was 16" long. I was terribly peeved, called Lands End and they didn't care. Needless to say I have never ordered another thing from the company. Sounds like it was a bit misleading and yes, I would call too. Hope you let us know how it works out!
KBsDarling
basically they said they were sorry that i felt mislead and directed me to where I can ship the item back. I know changing something like this is a huge thing especially for such a large corporation but i still really feel that it was grossly misrepresentated and they are going to continue to do it and not adjust the description.
