Sunday Paper for $1

Here in (Alabama) our SP is $1.50. However, I was at the Dollar Tree last Sunday, and picked up one for $1. Check out your local DT on Sunday and see if they carry the paper for ONE DOLLAR.

Yes here in NY they have them at the Dollar Tree for 1.00 I happened to be in one last Sunday I even got back in line to buy one! LOL the lady in front of me had 43.00 worth of stuff but .50 is .50.

Sam's Club discounts the Sunday Papers in my area. I haven't seen anyone else do so unless there's some sort of special promo going on.

If the dollar store was close I would totally check this out. Unfortunately, the extra distance just to get there would negate the savings for me. Thanks for the heads up though!

Check with the actual newspaper and see what kind of deal they can give you on having it delivered. We are getting the paper every single day...Sunday's included for a total of 6.00 a month. I called the paper and asked what the best deal they could do for me was and when she gave me a price, I said no. She dropped the price twice and when she got to 6.00 she said "Also, if you agree to have it charged to your credit card automatically we'll send you a 25.00 gift card to Speedway (gas station)." Couldn't pass it up! It might be worth a phone call to your local paper.
