jonida Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 Go to www.jcpsurvey.com and fill out the survey. You will need a JCPenney receipt as it asks you for a store#, term#, trans#, date, and time at the beginning. Doesnt matter what kind of receipt. You can buy something and return it. That would give you two receipts, enough to fill out the survey twice  Coupon that you print out at the end expires in 30 days. I would link the coupon but it may be one time use only. Its easy enough to get a receipt... Edited to add more info: Applies to regular, sale, or clearance priced purchase. Does not apply to cosmetics & fragrances, cookware, cutlery & gadgets, jewelry bonus buys, floor care, furniture & mattresses, made to measure window coverings, personal care appliances, small appliances and electronics, clarks, columbia sportswear, easy spirit, levis, catalog/internet and outlet stores, service contracts, gift cards, or prior purchases. Essentially the same lingo found on all the JCPenney B&M coupons. Coupon came at a good time because they are having their 60% off clearance sale this weekend. :)
bugsette Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 thanks for the reminder I have been meaning to do this
mommyplus6 Posted July 30, 2006 Posted July 30, 2006 I just filled mine out and it looks as though you can not use it online.
Sherr50 Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 it was a pleasure to take your survey especially at this time
Guest dineaux Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 They are not one time use coupons. I have printed mine out many times and used it without a problem. I have had myself and my shopping partner in crime both use copies one right after each other. Last week got 6 pairs of Columbia mens shorts and 4 St Johns Bay shirts, all clearance of course, for just under 15.00. If I could figure out how to post it I would certainly share it. My files, jpg, pfd and doc are too big. Does anyone know the websites we could use to post and then link too?
moopeikennel Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 **BUMP** I've used this survey/coupon SEVERAL times and with the holidays coming up I just did yet ANOTHER survey and the coupon expires 11/05/06 so I'm hoping by the end of the month I can do another survey to get the expiration date past Black Friday. I love Gottadeal.
SCmomof3 Posted October 7, 2006 Posted October 7, 2006 Does anyone know if you can use this in conjunction with the 15% off that they offer for using your JCP card? Thanks!
moopeikennel Posted October 9, 2006 Posted October 9, 2006 Yes...and...No. My mom and I used this coupon at the Lexington Kentucky store. The cashier was very young and to be honest was "unsure" but she let us use both the CC 15%off as well as the printed coupon. A few days later we went to the store in Richmond Kentucky and the "mature" cashier absolutely refused. So I would say try it.. You might be able to use both

elena_398 Posted October 14, 2006 Posted October 14, 2006 I've taken advantage of this survey/15% off several times. Right before school started. Cleaned up there.
SCmomof3 Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 Thank you so much for this - I just used it tonight and saved $22!
mommierene Posted May 7, 2009 Posted May 7, 2009 I am trying to get a 15% coupon with my receipt. but I can't figutre it out
mommierene Posted May 7, 2009 Posted May 7, 2009 I cannot get my 15% off coupon. I don't know what I am doing wrong
Mommy2Four Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 It's an old thread, but every receipt has the survey on it. You should have a code on your receipt that you put in at the beginning of the survey.
