Weren't these like $8.95 or something like that last year?

They used to be 8.95, but then again the regular price used to be 22.50 .  I think last year they were a little higher. The regular price now is 24.95, so still a great deal.

They actually went up again to $25.50, so $10.25 is about 60% off.

 

The $8.95 price is 60% off $22.50, so they kept the percentage the same.
