davidbugs Posted June 21, 2006 Author Posted June 21, 2006 However Shopnbc offering 2000 dollars software bundle, Tv tuner Dell doesn't offer a worth of 2k dollars software at all.

If you believe that, I have some prime Florida beach front property I think you might be interested in

artesian Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 I love when they pre pack the software and give you retial value on all the titles. I would gather a bet I could get half those titles for next to nothing if I did the serious search for them.
mstacks Posted June 22, 2006 Posted June 22, 2006 Did I miss something? I don't see Win-XP listed at all, on the shopnbc machine. What's the OS if it's not XP?
RossMAN Posted June 22, 2006 Posted June 22, 2006 Did I miss something? I don't see Win-XP listed at all, on the shopnbc machine. What's the OS if it's not XP?I remember reading the specs the other night and it was Windows XP Home.
Marcster Posted June 22, 2006 Posted June 22, 2006 I remember reading the specs the other night and it was Windows XP Home.Yeah, they couldn't really offer the MS Works Suite if it was a non-Windows machine. And computer builder cannot offer Windows ME or Windows 2000 anymore -- WinME's life cycle for "System Builder License Availability" ran out on June 30, 2004 and Win2K's on March 31, 2005. (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/lifecycle/default.mspx) My goodness, WinXP has been out since December 31, 2001 -- if ShopNBC were to sell a computer with WinME or Win2K, they'd be moving some very old stock!
davidbugs Posted June 22, 2006 Author Posted June 22, 2006 it's a window xp. It's OEM Company. Sorry the offer has ended.
