just so new people know, I ordered the sample on 12-18, and 3 weeks later asked them where it was, and was told they don't 'currently have any sample products to give away', despite the page ON their site that's linked in the above post, that has 'free sample' buttons on it, with a form that works and sends you an email saying you'll get the sample in 1-2 weeks. I asked twice now, and got the same 'we don't have any' reply. Why do companies do that?
