Just so people are warned, this company doesn't answer their email or contact form, the email addy on their site comes back as 'unknown' and the order so far hasn't come. My sister and a neighbor ordered bags late august, got the shipping email that says shipped Aug 28, and neither have gotten theirs. I ordered in Sept, got the 'shipped' email sept 25, and nothing has come. shouldn't take a month from California to FL via any method. I don't do or go to social media so haven't look at their pages they claim they have there. Not real happy with the lack of communication and product.

Far as I'm concerned, this was a complete scam to get email addresses. I ordered a sample bag on the 9th when I saw this post, then got multiple duplicate emails asking for a quantity amount so they could give a 'no obligation' price quote, before they could process the request. So I did that. Next day I had 2 more such requests. Next day were more worthless emails, some just checking to see if I sent a quantity quote. Day 4 or so I got four more emails, the last three saying they got swamped with 20,000 requests and had only been able to send 250-500 bags out, and that was all they were doing, so I'd either get one in a week or two, or not. Which means not. There was also a BS explanation that they hadn't authorized being on any free sample sites, yet they have free sample buttons ON their page of bags! No notice about being so limited or that they need a quantity quote. I unsubscribed to their emails, haven't had any more today, so hope that worked. What a joke.

just so new people know, I ordered the sample on 12-18, and 3 weeks later asked them where it was, and was told they don't 'currently have any sample products to give away', despite the page ON their site that's linked in the above post, that has 'free sample' buttons on it, with a form that works and sends you an email saying you'll get the sample in 1-2 weeks. I asked twice now, and got the same 'we don't have any' reply. Why do companies do that?
