I scored the Xbox X bundle as the doorbuster, order confirmation and everything. then received an "oops we cant fulfill your order." so bummed. Any luck trying to contact customer service to complain?

ive tried to tell people that the game bundles just are a no go on the Kohl's site

I have had one order canceled and two more switched to in store pickup. I am not thrilled with Kohls at the moment

Ahhh it’s that wonderful time of the year where crappy people steal packages off porch’s. Things like that are why we got a Ring Doorbell. One of my items got cancelled. Still waiting on shipment notification from another item ordered last wednesday/Thursday. Kohls did send me an email with a code for $20 off my next order due to the cancellation, so that was nice. ♀

They have to investigate and then might issue a refund. I bought with gift cards so they will only refund the gift cards, which stinks cuz they dont have the one x in stock. So I'm out of the xbox and stuck with $430 to kohls.
