the coupon says it cannot be used on markdowns... i see some nice tees for 10 dollars which has been marked down. does that mean the 30% wont apply there ...???

I used it on markdowns, too. I don't know if we're looking at the same tees, but they took off the 30% on the one I got.

 

My cashier barely looked at the coupon, though.
