Contacted them through email and they're telling me my item is more than likely lost. It never left the warehouse. Told me to give it until Tuesday which is the estimated delivery date (again, it hasn't even shipped). I'm beyond livid considering that this was a BF item! Edited December 1, 2018 by jade2002
