Walgreen's Gift Cards

Recommended Posts

I had gotten a Walgreen's Gift Card from a mail-in rebate...I want to use it on some items that will be FREE after rebate...I was wondering if anyone knows if I can buy those items on the Gift card and get the rebate added to my Gift Card when I send the info in? If this has been addressed before, sorry! I just would like to continue getting free items on this card in an endless cycle!! Heehee!:g_laughinCan it be done?!:2roller:

I recently got my gift card recharged but it's a little less than I thought...Are items like Glade gonna send a separate check for rebates or should they be reflected with the total also? I might just call the 888# on the website...

Certain rebates don't get added to your current gift card, particularly the ones in which you buy $20 of a certain product and get $10 back. Those rebates are sent a separate gift card. They usually mail them a few weeks after your gift card gets recharged.

So can I opt to recieve a gift card even though I don't have one. Do I have to go get a gift card and give them my number with my rebate? I've never done it with the gift card.

Yes, you can either get a check or get a giftcard and once you have a giftcard you can get a new one each time or have them apply the balance to the giftcard that you already have. If they put the rebate on a giftcard (new or one you have already) they give you a 10% bonus too.

Also with what Rockfordmom said, when you send in your receipt and completed easysaver form for the rebates, you have the option to get a gift card from the start. That's what I did last month, and I'll be using this solo giftcard from now on.
