redraccoon Posted November 16, 2016 Posted November 16, 2016 In the past Home Depot and other businesses have offered a discount on new energy efficient / LED holiday lights if you bring in strands of the older lights. So far this year I have not seen anything like this being advertised.... Has anyone heard if any of the major places are doing something like this?
